On 11th December, at the Grange University Hospital, Llanfrechfa, Robert (Bob), aged 81 years.

Beloved Husband of Justina (Nina) Bailey, incredible Father of Antonia Uys and Stephen Bailey, much loved Grandfather of Ayla and Jamie Uys.

Funeral Service Saturday 10th January, 10.15am at St. Tewdric's Church, Mathern prior to private family cremation.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu for The Injured Jockeys Fund and HEROS may be made payable to Philip Blatchly & Son Donations Account and sent to 5 Station Road, Chepstow, Mon, NP16 5PB, Tel 01291 624939

Rob, you will be sorely missed. It was wonderful to catch up with both Nina and Rob on their last visit to New Zealand. Sadly it would be his last. Rob's enthusiasm for life was contagious. He didn't seem to do things by halves. I will never forget visiting Rob and Nina at their home, he sat me down as soon as I arrived and showed the Wales vs All Blacks game that Wales won . Welsh pride !
His achievements are many, none greater than having a wonderful family.
